· Weekly Self-Lovin tasks – Every week after we check in we will continue to hold you accountable to tackling the goals by creating your self-love homework assignments. You were looking for accountability, here it is.
· Weekly Email Check-in – This can be done via a short video or a quick email. Here we check in and hold you accountable each week to moving in a direction of personal growth.
· Plus, eight 9-1-1 Calls: These calls are open to you when you need me. I know trying to reach your goals is not always easy and sometimes we need support and guidance in the moment. I want to be here for you. These calls generally last anywhere from 5 – 20 minutes or happen through text message.
